Our Rank Structure
The following section outlines the rank structure and progression requirements for pilots within Breeze Virtual Airways.
Upon completion of the application process, new pilots enter the airline at the rank of First Officer (0–10 hours). In this initial stage, you will fly exclusively on the Embraer E190 fleet, with full access to all available E190 routes while codeshare options remain locked. As you gain experience and reach the Senior First Officer (SFO) level (10–20 hours), you will automatically unlock the Airbus A220-300 for routes up to 2 hours long, alongside your first Codeshare unlocks for a wider variety of flights.
Progression continues at 20 flight hours with the promotion to Captain (20–50 hours). This rank expands your operational capabilities, granting you access to all US domestic routes across both the E190 and A220 networks. The final tier in the standard career structure is Senior Captain (50–100 hours), which solidifies your status by unlocking all international routes for both aircraft types, along with maximum codeshare access.
Once you surpass the 100-hour milestone, you enter the elite Breezy Miles Program, where your dedication is rewarded with significant earnings bonuses. This program is divided into four tiers: Breezy 1 (100–200 hours) offers a 1.25x multiplier, followed by Breezy 2 (200–500 hours) with a 1.5x multiplier. High-endurance pilots reach Breezy 3 (500–1000 hours) for a 1.75x multiplier, and finally, the prestigious Breezy Club for those with over 1000 hours, who enjoy a massive 2x multiplier on all their flights.
